Hello There!

Greetings! I made this card for my great niece who is recuperating from surgery and for the current challenge over at Simon Says Monday Stamp Challenge where the theme is Things with Wings.

I began by spritzing water on a watercolor paper panel and then adding Distress Spray Inks.  The whimsical fairy and the circles are all by Stampotique Originals. The sentiments are from Idea-ology. The close up in less lighting shows the sentiments more clearly, as well as the spattering of paint used to add texture to my piece. The wings and wand were treated to my nearly acquired Prima Alchemy Spark paints. Love them.

Thanks for stopping by. Best, Yvonne

Your whimsical fairy, in her artsy surroundings and bearing messages of hello, wishes and love, is absolutely heart-warming fantastic! Your niece's spirits will be lifted and oh, how she'll adore this - and YOU - for designing it for her! I can feel the love it's infused with...
